The Dolomites are not only a highlight for hikers, but also a paradise for cyclists. Numerous excursion routes and one-day or multi-day tours await cyclists in the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. All mountain routes offer a fascinating view and comfortable alpine huts and refuges along the way.

Other highlights:
  • New since 2010: Freeride trail Herrnsteig. The new Freeride trail "Herrnsteig" is open for downhill mountain-bikers and features steep turns, jumps, wooden bridges and chicanes. This modern mountain-bike trend is called freeride. It stimulates concentration, coordination, fine motor skills, and of mountain-bikers capacity to react.
  • Plan de Corones was a stage finish for the Giro d'Italia in 2006, 2008 and 2010.
  • The Tour Trans Alp is organised for cycling fans every two years.
